Intensive Driving Courses

How much do intensive driving courses cost?

An intensive driving course is a block of lessons. It aims to cram in all the training you need to pass your driving test in a shorter timeframe than usual. To book onto one you need to have a provisional UK driving licence. If you're using your own car, you'll need learner driver insurance. Our intensive driving course doesn't include the test fee. Learners need to book their own test on a day and time that suits them. Make sure you check that your driving instructor is available on this date. Learners should also have passed their theory test before embarking on an intensive course.

Learners can also choose to do a semi-intensive course. It offers a more flexible approach whilst still enabling you to pass your test within 8-12 weeks. The main benefit semi-intensive course is that it allows you time to practice outside of your lessons.

What happens on an intensive driving course?

We offer one, two and four-week intensive driving courses. You will receive one-to-one tuition with a qualified driver. The training is the same as you receive with a longer series of conventional lessons. However, an intensive course can be easily tailored to focus on areas that you are least comfortable with. Because you are learning intensively and then doing your test soon after, you will retain what you've learnt more easily.

"I passed my driving test first time today thanks to Paul. I did a week intensive course with him and he was brilliant. He taught me everything I needed to know and I felt confident when driving, he has a lot of patience and wouldn't hesitate to tell me if I did something wrong and then explain to me how to fix it. I was able to have a laugh with Paul and felt comfortable while driving. Excellent driving instructor 10/10 would recommend." - Thomas Williams
